jlbbb Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and jlbbb ("jlbbb," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the jlbbb website located at jlbbb.net and all associated services, games, promotions, and features offered therein (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager or bet through jlbbb, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms apply to all users of the jlbbb Platform, including players accessing the site from Manila, Cebu, Davao, Quezon City, Makati, and all other locations within the Philippines where access to the Platform is lawful.

To register and maintain an account with jlbbb, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is a strict requirement under Philippine gaming regulations enforced by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). jlbbb does not permit any person under the age of 21 to register, access, or use the Platform in any capacity.
• You must be a natural person and not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be an employee, director, officer, or agent of jlbbb, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the jlbbb Platform or any other gaming platform operated under the same regulatory framework.

By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements set out in this section. jlbbb reserves the right to close any account and void any winnings where it determines, at its sole discretion, that eligibility requirements have not been met.

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the jlbbb Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.

When registering your jlbbb account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested in the registration form. You further agree to promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete at all times.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password.
• You must not share your account credentials with any third party or permit any other person to access or use your account.
• You must notify jlbbb immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account.
• jlbbb will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

jlbbb reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects fraudulent activity, identity misrepresentation, or violation of these Terms.

jlbbb supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The minimum deposit amount is ₱200. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are as specified in the cashier section of your account dashboard and may be updated from time to time.

• Deposits: Deposits via GCash and PayMaya are credited to your jlbbb account instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. Bank transfers via BPI, BDO, or Metrobank may take up to one (1) business day to reflect in your account balance.
• Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes specified in the cashier section. GCash withdrawals are typically completed within minutes of approval. Bank withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days.
• Verification: jlbbb may require identity verification before processing any withdrawal. You must ensure your account details match your registered payment method. Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods registered in your name.
• Currency: All account balances, deposits, and withdrawals are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). jlbbb does not accept or process transactions in foreign currencies.

jlbbb reserves the right to delay or withhold any withdrawal pending completion of identity verification, anti-money laundering checks, or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity. Any funds determined to have been obtained through fraudulent means will be forfeited and reported to the relevant authorities.

jlbbb offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and VIP rewards. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms and conditions applicable to each offer, which are published on the relevant promotion page.

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier for each bonus is specified in the promotion terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified validity period will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived therefrom.
• One Bonus Per Player: Unless otherwise stated, each player is entitled to claim each promotion once only. Attempting to claim a promotion multiple times through the use of multiple accounts or other means constitutes fraud.
• Eligibility: jlbbb reserves the right to determine player eligibility for any promotion at its sole discretion. Bonuses are not available to players who have self-excluded or who are subject to account restrictions.
• Modification: jlbbb reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already credited to player accounts prior to the modification.

All games available on the jlbbb Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules in addition to these Terms.

• jlbbb reserves the right to void any bet or game round where a technical error, malfunction, or system fault has occurred that may have affected the integrity of the game outcome.
• In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on your screen and the result recorded on jlbbb's servers, the server record shall be the definitive record.
• Players are responsible for ensuring they have a stable internet connection when participating in live games. jlbbb is not liable for losses resulting from disconnection during active game sessions.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jlbbb Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account on the Platform
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any other time
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in any game or Platform feature
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime through the Platform
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any software used by jlbbb
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing jlbbb staff or other players

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform
• Modify or create derivative works based on Platform content
• Use any jlbbb trademarks, logos, or brand elements without prior written consent
• Frame or mirror any portion of the Platform on any other website or application

Any unauthorised use of jlbbb's intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by jlbbb.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jlbbb, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits resulting from technical malfunctions, system errors, or connectivity issues
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to maintain credential security
• Interruptions to Platform availability due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond jlbbb's reasonable control
• Any reliance placed on information or content published on the Platform

jlbbb's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jlbbb account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude jlbbb's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

jlbbb collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account and using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first contact jlbbb's customer support team to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. jlbbb will make reasonable efforts to resolve any complaint or dispute within thirty (30) days of receipt.

jlbbb operates under the regulatory oversight of PAGCOR. Players who believe their complaint has not been adequately resolved by jlbbb may escalate the matter to PAGCOR through its official dispute resolution channels.
